How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog, then use the size guidance on the product itself. If the measurement you need is not there, just ask us before you order — we would rather help first than swap later.
What does shipping cost?
Tracked standard delivery is free across Australia. We usually have it out the door in 2 business days, and it tends to land from about 5. Personalised pieces take a little longer to prepare.
Can personalised products be returned?
Once a nameplate has been cut with your dog's name, it cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns do not apply. If it arrives faulty, or we engraved it wrong, that is on us and the store policy covers you.
