Size guide — measure in 20 seconds
Wrap a tape measure around the base of your pet's neck, slide two fingers underneath, and read the number with the fingers in place. Then pick the size that covers it.

Every strap is adjustable within its range. Allow 1–3 cm of variation — each collar is measured by hand.
Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Each collar is engraved to order, so it can't be exchanged for a different size afterwards.

Your dog's name and your phone number, cut into the plate — not printed on it. There is no tag swinging from a ring to wear through, catch on a branch or go missing. Whoever finds your dog reads the collar and calls you.

Getting the size right
Run a soft tape around the base of the neck, where the collar actually sits — lower than the jaw, just above the shoulders. Slide two fingers flat underneath, and read the measurement with your fingers still there.
Between two sizes, take the larger one: every strap adjusts down, never up.

Before you order
Check the spelling of the name and every digit of the phone number. The plate is engraved exactly as you submit it, and a personalised collar cannot be resold, so we cannot exchange it for a different size or spelling once it is cut.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a collar arrives faulty or is not what was described.

Care and safety
Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and dry the metal after wet walks — standing water dulls an engraved plate faster than anything else. Check the strap, stitching and hardware regularly and replace the collar if any of it is damaged. Not intended for tethering or unattended use.

How do I choose the right size?
Take a soft tape around the base of the neck, slide two fingers underneath, and read the number with your fingers still there. Match it to the range on this page. Caught between two sizes? Go up — every strap adjusts down, never up.
What if I get the engraving wrong?
Have a good look at the preview before you check out — the plate is cut exactly as you type it. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email us right away: production starts within a day, so we can often still catch it.
Why put a phone number on the collar at all?
Because whoever finds your dog can read it on the spot. A microchip needs a scanner and a vet; a number on the collar needs a phone. It is cut into the metal rather than printed, so it does not rub away the way a soft tag does.
Can I return a personalised collar?
A plate cut with your dog's name cannot be resold, so personalised pieces sit outside the ordinary change-of-mind return. If it arrives faulty, or we engraved it wrong, that is on us and we will replace it. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
How do I look after it?
Wipe the strap with a damp cloth and let it air dry out of direct sun. Do not soak it, and after a beach or river day give it a rinse and a proper dry so salt and sand are not left sitting against the hardware.
