Terms of Service

Quotes

Quote requests are free and no payment is required to submit one. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (suburb, panel count, roof access, property type) and may change once the site is assessed in person.

Bookings, rescheduling & cancellation

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting HelioCore by phone, SMS or WhatsApp with as much notice as possible.

Site access

You are responsible for providing safe, described access to the roof or panel array on the day of the visit. Where access differs materially from what was described in the quote request, the job may need to be rescoped.

Limitation of liability

HelioCore takes reasonable care to use panel-safe methods and equipment. To the extent permitted by law, HelioCore's liability for loss arising from services provided is limited to the value of the service performed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
