What we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, HelioCore collects the information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, property address or suburb, and any details or photos you choose to attach.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and schedule a visit
- To keep a record of past service for maintenance history
- To contact you about a booking you've made
Information is not sold to third parties. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms; see Netlify's own privacy policy for how submissions are handled in transit and storage.
Photos you upload
Roof or panel photos submitted with a quote request are used only to prepare an estimate and plan the visit.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information HelioCore holds about you by contacting contact@heliocorewa.com.
