Context

Most case studies prove nothing

The standard agency case study shows a finished screen, a colour palette and a number with no baseline. It demonstrates that something was made. It does not demonstrate that anything was decided.

This entry is the framework Alture uses to document work — published openly so a prospective client knows exactly what they will receive, and what will never be claimed on their behalf.

Problem

A new studio cannot borrow credibility

Alture has no back catalogue of client results, and inventing one is not an option. The alternative to fake proof is not silence — it is transparency about method.

A buyer can judge a studio on how rigorously it thinks before there is a portfolio to judge.

Decision

Document the decision, not the deliverable

Every Alture case follows the same order: commercial context, the constraint in buyer language, the strategic decision including what was deliberately excluded, the craft, then the outcome.

The outcome section is gated. A figure appears only when the client has approved it and it can be verified against a stated baseline. Where that is not available, the case says so plainly — as this one does.

Work that is not client work is labelled at the top of the page, not in a footnote: Concept Project, Independent Build, or Client Case Study awaiting approved data.
