Context

A premium engagement is hard to buy

Most digital studios quote on request. The buyer cannot compare, cannot budget and cannot tell where the work starts or stops, so the decision stalls before a conversation happens.

Alture needed the opposite: an offer a stranger could understand, price and self-select into, without a sales call to decode it.

02

Problem

Opacity reads as risk, not exclusivity

Hidden pricing is often defended as positioning. In practice it transfers the risk to the buyer, who assumes the number is negotiable, unbounded, or higher than they can justify.

The harder constraint: a new studio has no client results to point at. The offer has to carry the credibility that case studies would normally carry.

03

Decision

Three doors, one standard of thinking

The engagement is split by the stage a business is actually at. Signal Audit diagnoses, Signature Site rebuilds, Conversion Lab improves. Each has a fixed price, a stated duration and a written scope.

The Signature Site publishes its exclusions as prominently as its inclusions — no e-commerce, no member portals, no backend development. Naming what is not included is what makes the fixed price believable.

Founding pricing is explained rather than counted down: the reduction buys Alture its first documented partnerships. There is no timer and no fabricated scarcity, because a countdown on a five-client offer would be the first thing a serious buyer distrusts.

04

Craft

The page does the qualifying

Prices, durations and exclusions appear on the homepage, not behind a form. A visitor who is not a fit finds out in seconds — which is the point. Fewer, better-matched calls beat a full calendar of mismatches.

A diagnosis-first offer at A$490 gives a hesitant buyer a way to test the working relationship before committing to a rebuild.

05

Outcome

No result claimed

This is a concept project documenting Alture’s own offer architecture. No client outcome is claimed. Results from the founding partnerships will be published here once approved and verifiable.
